I am that and that I am by Robert G Parent

I am that and that I am by Robert G Parent

02 I am that and that I am

I am that, and that I am
by Robert G Parent

Room full of stuff
ceiling down exposes wood slats
unfocused thoughts, ideas, energy
unlike the universe.

I am here, somewhere in boxes
the Me(s) scattered
through time and space
gathering the info of life's meaning.

The question echos
through universe; who am I ?
Who am I? Who am I? Who am I? (say in higher pitch)
The God force echos and manifest
its ideal blueprint in chaos' perfection

thousands of millions of atoms
molecules, electrons, photons,
do their dance of life
through the sound of creation.

The many projects, emails,
CD's, DVD's, Books, magazines,
searching for that one question
whispered throughout time and relative dimensions.

Who am I ?
He who loses focus
drains their energy
of mediocre projects.

The sun is chaos' example
thousands of creations and destructions
here one moment
and cosmic energy the next.

Am I the sun or the moon,
reflections in the mirror of life
or do I cast my unique light
onto the dark valleys of my mind.

To sit here amongst the stuff
boxes and piles everywhere
date book still on page one
to do list growing
and all I thing about
is the universal perfection
of chaos' wonderful dance
of molecules, photons, ideas and light.

from the Leo full moon 2006 poems
