Clouds
by Robert G Parent
Beautiful Winter Day
Sun's out, it's 36 degrees Fahrenheit
cars naturally flow
on the city's streets.
People walk down Elm street
going in and out
of shops and grills,
I sit at the bus stop.
Looking up I see
cumulus clouds
float and change shape
in a dance of air currents
in a state of
constant change
naturally they move
just being and not thinking.
Creating bunnies, Angels, and Aliens
or whatever we say they are
to think, to ponder, to create,
to flow
and be one with the one spirit.
the one spirit
with many names
to change as we choose
based on perception's scene
Weather be you neighbor,
your job, or God
or just clouds
Dancing above you heads.
to love, see, and change
is our natural way.
